Grade 4 (SCP 5-6) Part time Caretaker Monday to Friday 7am – 12pm, 
Whole Year, 25 hours per week
Salary:  FTE (£25,583 – 25,989) Actual (£17,017 - £17,560) 

Wightwick Hall School is looking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and energetic person to work as a caretaker and provide efficient and effective caretaking support to the school.

Our school is dedicated to providing a safe and stimulating environment to allow pupils to thrive.  There is a warm friendly atmosphere at the school and you would be required to manage and maintain the school premises, to ensure that they are clean, secure, safe and well maintained.

We are looking for a caretaker who wants to:
 • Ensure that the school is open and closed at the designated times and check that all is in order.
 • Responsible for ensuring and promoting the security, maintenance, caretaking, cleaning standards and general well-being of the school
 • Identify/cost and maintain the stock of utilities/resources (e.g. soap, towels, toilet paper etc.)
 • Identify and maintain a record of repairs and report appropriate information to the headteacher.
