FTE £22,601 Mon – Fri 32.5 hours per week

Wightwick Hall School is seeking an experienced and committed practitioner supporting our complex need pathway.

To provide outstanding teaching, learning and pastoral support for pupils with complex learning needs, including those with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), severe learning difficulties (SLD), autism spectrum condition (ASC), sensory impairments, physical disabilities, communication needs, and associated medical or behavioural needs.

The post holder will create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment that enables all pupils to achieve their full potential and develop independence, communication, wellbeing and life skills.

The successful candidate will provide high quality, personalised provision that meets pupils’ EHCP outcomes and promotes positive behaviour, engagement, and progress. learning of transitions into school, coordination of annual reviews and statutory processes, and active involvement in consultations for pupils with more complex needs.

You will contribute to behaviour and inclusion systems, and work closely with senior leaders and external professionals to ensure pupils receive the right support at the right time.
