Full-Time Permanent Position

Wightwick Hall School is a growing, forward thinking generic SEN secondary school within Endeavour Multi Academy Trust, a Trust of seven schools including both mainstream primary and specialist settings. Our staff team is diverse, with many colleagues joining us from both primary and secondary backgrounds before specialising in SEN.

About Our School

Our provision is built around three pathways, complex needs, semi formal, and formal. This structure allows us to tailor learning to the needs and abilities of each young person. Our curriculum is centred on preparation for adulthood, and we place strong emphasis on developing life skills, independence, and confidence.

We work using a restorative and relational approach, creating a nurturing environment based on trust, respect, and consistent positive relationships.
