Wightwick Hall School is seeking an experienced and committed practitioner to lead our Discoverers Pathway, supporting pupils with more complex special educational needs.
The successful candidate will provide leadership across the Discoverers pathway, ensuring high quality, personalised provision that meets pupils’ EHCP outcomes and promotes positive behaviour, engagement, and progress. The role includes line management of teachers within the pathway, oversight of teaching and learning, leadership of transitions into school, coordination of annual reviews and statutory processes, and active involvement in consultations for pupils with more complex needs.
You will act as a key point of contact for families, lead pathway assemblies, contribute to behaviour and inclusion systems, and work closely with senior leaders and external professionals to ensure pupils receive the right support at the right time.
